....As I hate the claustrophobia of gyms, an outdoors exercise class is perfect and Hervines Park is a great. Ali is a superb trainer, she is highly motivating and always strives to get the very best out of everyone. Each session is different as she really thinks about and plans her sessions very well. They are a mixture of cardio workouts and resistance work which is perfect for improving all round fitness. 

Ali is creative too as if the weather is not especially good she will work out alternative sessions.  I cannot recommend these sessions more highly.  I am getting fitter and thinner and all in the great outdoors.  Thank you Ali!

.... The content of the classes is always different - using the field, hills or wooded area.  I have found that my abs are stronger now and I feel fitter, I am also sure I have more stamina.  I would say to anyone who is thinking of coming along - try it!! Ali has different levels of exertion on offer so you can work as hard as is right for you. It's a class where Ali makes sure everyone has a good workout and that the workout is suitable for the individual.

ParkFit is a great way of keeping fit - Ali is very motivational and I’m really enjoying the sessions. It’s great exercising in the outdoors and ParkFit works for all levels. For the first time I’m actually enjoying exercise and really look forward to the sessions.

The sessions attract a variety of shapes, sizes and fitness levels and it is great to exercise in the open air instead of in a stuffy gym.  You can go at your own pace and the classes are varied and really good fun.  Ali is lovely and is great at keeping you motivated.

I am definitely feeling the benefits of the whole body workouts. There are all shapes, sizes and fitness levels but Ali tailors the sessions so that we all get the best out of each morning....there is no getting bored and certainly a sense of group bonding. Ali is motivated and very motivational and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
